LED indikace stavu akumulátoru v T9X

Michal Nováček ve svém článku popisuje Li-Poly Battery monitor, který slouží ke kontrole napětí až 3-článkového akumulátoru. ve své poznámce v témže článku dodává, že by se to dalo za určitých okolností použít i pro kontrolu napájení T9X. To je a zbývá jen uvést jak na to, aby se do toho nemuselo moc vrtat.

Vezmeme modelovou situaci, že máme v T9X nainstalovaný akumulátor Rhino2620, tj. 3 články. Napájecí konektor zústane zapojen, připojí se i servisní konektor ke , která povede z prostoru baterie k monitorovacímu modulu zabudovanému někde uvnitř T9X – ideálně v prostoru pod logem Turnigy, na dílu, co je akumulátor (kvůli drátům). Tam bude „sedět“ na pevno a přívodní vodič můžeme fixovat, aby se při manipulaci s vysílačem nedostal kam nemá.

Zbývá vyřešit, jak dostat světlo od LEDek na povrch vysílače, aby plnilo funkci indikátorů. Použijeme k tomu fintu, kterou známe z hodin fyziky = světlovod. Takovým světlovodem pro nás může být kousek čirého plexiskla, které upravíme do podoby tyčinky. Tyčinku můžeme různě ohýbat nad teplem, a stále nám bude vést světlo z jednoho konce na druhý. Jeden konec tyčinky bude nad příslušnou LEDkou a druhý bude na pevno do otvoru, který vyvrtáme do „palubní desky“ T9X, např. těsně pod logem (nebo kamkoli jinam se nám to bude hodit). Co tyčinka, to jeden světelný signál. Tyčinky jsou pevně přilepeny (zevnitř) k vrchnímu krytu T9X, takže na povrch v podstatě nic nevystupuje – jejich konec je zároveň s povrchem vysílače. Tvar zakončení zároveň definuje tvar indikátoru (kolečko, obdélník, cokoli si vypilujete).

Dá to trochu , aby se konce světlovodu (na vrchním dílu) po konečném smontování se spodním dílem T9X dostaly hezky nad sebe, ale my jsme „kluci šikovní“, a jednou se to určitě podaří.

pozn. jediné, co zbývá pořešit, resp. nezapomenout je, že indikace bude probíhat nezávisle na poloze hlavního vypínače TX, tj. bude fungovat stále, dokud nerozpojíte od servisního konektoru.

jen doplním: volné konce světlovodů by po konečném smontování měly být každý nad LEDkou tak, aby tato svítila přímo dovnitř, tj. cílem je nastavit konec světlovodu co nejblíže k příslušné LEDce.

pozn. dal by se z toho udělat i jeden montážní celek (tj.Battery monitor připevněný pod vrchním krytem), bez náročného prostorového světlovodů, ale pak zase budeme řešit rozpojování přívodní „kšandy“ při každém otevření vysílače. Oba způsoby jsou možné a mají svá pro i proti.

Světlo od LEDek pro daný LiPol článek se dá světlovodem sdružit do jednoho vyústění na , takže tam bude vždy svítit buď zelená, nebo červená – tzn. vrtáme jen 3 díry.

Kdyby se v Battery monitoru navíc podařilo nějak přeprogramovat horní mez indikace červené tak, aby při vybíjení začala svítit už někde kolem 3.6–3.7V, tj. rozsahy:

zelená (4.2–3.3V) a
červená (3.7/3.6–0V),

tak by pak byla indikace při vybíjení: zelená => žlutá => červená (žlutá vzniká mícháním červené a zelené).

pozn. tady už bez znalosti vnitřního uspořádání Battery monitoru asi dál nepokročíme. ... ale možná na něco přijdou

Mňa teraz napadlo použiť ako svetlovod také z okrasnej lampy, čo sa dá kúpiť za pár korún v Lidli, vo výpredaji alebo u číňana. Je to zväzok svetlovodov, síce o hrúbke asi 1 milimeter, ale je ich tam možno 100? Dalo by sa „zviazať“ aj 5 ks dokopy…

Jelikož jsem kdysi patlal i plastikové kity letadel, tak mne hned napadl plastový stromeček z průhledných dílů. Ten se dá i dobře tepelně tvarovat.

upravit hranice by islo, je to jednoduche zapojenie. Schemu som nekreslil, ale Miro, alebo Jankop ju urcite hodia do clanku aj s hodnotami suciastok podla obrazkov. :D Odpory su 470Ohm pre obmedzenie prudu LED, 1kOhm, 9kOhm a 2k2

… tedy pokud mé chabé elektrotechnické vzdělání napovídá, je to pouhopouhý dělič napětí a autoři tohoto si hrají s napětím, kdy začne svítit která LEDka? To bychom v tom případě možná zvládli i svépomocí… Ideální by bylo, kdyby se červená rozsvítila dříve a zelená také zhasla dříve, protože tůrovat ty LiPolky až na 3.3V je docela nehoráznost, zvlášť v případě, že si můžeme vybrat, že?

Sice to povodne nie je pre T9×, ale skor pre model, ale neva. Ak ma niekto zaujem, mam indikator 3S s akustickou predvystrahou (obcasne pipanie) a vystrahou (stale pipanie) kontrolujuci tiez napatia jednotlivych clankov. Je to od jedneho clena z rcmanie (strahlung), taky maly prifivyrobok.

Oli a Lubor. Nakreslil som schému toho LiPoly Monitora (Hextronik). Na posunutie hranice rozsvietenia červenej LED je treba k jednému z tých rezistorov (ja som mu nameral 2090 Ohmov) paralelne pripojiť odpor asi 27k. Ale jeho hodnota samozrejme závisí od napätia, pri ktorej sa má červená LED rozsvietiť. Ja som predbežne nastavil 3,6 Voltu, ale chcem vedieť váš názor, na túto hodnotu napätia.

No to je přímo skvělá zpráva. Jaká hodnota by se měla nastavit, na to se názory různí a každý modelář odpoví jinak – podle toho na co je zvyklý. Optimální by bylo, kdyby se dalo spočítat/změřit, jaká hodnota odporu je potřeba pro kterou indikaci, a každý si to pak přiletuje tak, jak mu to nejlépe vyhovuje, tj. podle hesla .

Odpory se také asi nevyrábějí v jakékoli hodnotě, ale mají konkrétní hodnoty dané výrobcem. Tím bude možná dán omezený rozsah/odstupňování možného nastavení (můžeme sice připojovat celé kaskády odporů, ale snažme se tuto záležitost udržet v co nejjednodušších mezích, tj. s jedním přídavným odporem).

Hledáme tedy odpověď na otázku: jaká hodnota přídavného paralelního odporu (k rezistoru 2090ohm) odpovídá hodnotě indikace napětí v následující řadě:

3.5V, 3.6V (= 27k), 3.7V, 3.8V, 3.9V

pozn. někde v paměti mi utkvělo, že – tuším že RiMr – uváděl hranici někde kolem 10.7V, na které již znovu nabíjí. To odpovídá hodnotě 3.56V na článek.

Osobne sa priklanam k verzii 3.6V a 3.8V Vysvetlenie je jednoduche… Ked clanok zatazujes velkym vykonom, tak jeho napatie klesa na tych 3.3V a po vyskoci na cca 3.5–3.7V. Kedze vysielacka je mala zataz, tak pri nastaveni na nizsie napatie nemas ziadnu rezervu od zaciatku signalizacie. Nepocital som to (uz davno s odporovymi delicmi, tranzistormi a spol robil skor na urovni uzivatela), ale Luborov navrh je urcite zaujimavy, ak by slo urobit pridanim jedneho odporu zo standardnej rady niekolko tychto signalizacnych urovni, tak by islo o najuniverzalnejsi signalizator napatia. A este k tomu jednoduchy a lacny. :P

… mno kdyby tam byla pouhopouhá lineární závislost mezi výsledným odporem a indikovaným napětím, tak bych odhadoval pro 3.8V přídavný odpor něco nad 15k (15.371ohm), ale je to matematická spekulace založená . Chce to proměřit a vyzkoušet, takže to raději přenechám odborníkům ;o)

Urobil som ďalšie výpočty, merania a simulácie a vyšli mi tieto hodnoty toho paralelného rezistora pre tieto prahové napätia: 3,5V – 41k, 3,6V – 26k, 3,7V – 18k a 3,8V – 14k. Chcel by som o tom napísať článoček, kde by bola vnútorná schéma toho LiPoly Monitora, hodnoty spomínaného paralelného rezistora a akýsi automatický elektronický , aby Monitor bol k LiPolke pripojený len keď je zapnutý vysielač (schému už mám v hlave – dva MOSFET tranzistory BS170 a nič viac). Len ešte musím vyriešiť, aby mal deň viac ako 24 hodín, prípadne ako to urobiť aby som nebol unavený, aby som nemusel spať, aby som nemusel chodiť do práce, aby som cez víkendy nemusel robiť na svokrinom dome, aby…... Skrátka zopár „drobných“ problémov.

Janko děkuji za změření těch odporů – to už by některým zručnějším modelářům mohlo stačit, aby si upravili ten svůj monitor tak, jak jim to bude vyhovovat. Ukázalo se, že teorie je dobrý začátek na hrubý nástřel, ale musí být podložena praktickým měřením, aby to opravdu fungovalo tak jak má. Ještě jednou díky.

Elektronický odpojovač – no to je přesně to co tu chybělo – přece jenom člověk je sklerotik, a pokaždé si vzpomenout, že má i rozpojit servisní konektor…

Takže až dovolí, tak to bude absolutní bomba.

… a už je to tady. Kompletní návod kde najít ty odpory, ke kterým se paralelně připojí další odpor + celé schema automatického odpojovače, který zajistí aby se Indikátor zapínal jen pokud bude vysílač zapnut, je díky (a jeho ) právě zde k Vašemu ctěnému nahlédnutí a užitku.
