FW sa do procesora prehráva tzv. ISP (In System Prog.) pripojením, t.j. pripojením programátora k niekoľkým presne definovaným vývodom procesora. ISP programátorov je viacero druhov, od riadeného cez paralelný port PC až po USB programátory, ktorých je však tiež niekoľko druhov. Každý má svoje špecifiká a je potrebné riadiť sa pokynmi presne k použitému. Niektoré totiž potrebujú externé napájanie (napr. priamo z vysielača), iné naopak sami cez USB napájajú celú dosku. Okrem samotného riadiaceho programu každý programátor umožňuje prehrať aj obsah EEPROM a taktiež konfiguračných bitov procesora, určujúcich samotnú konfiguráciu procesora (napr. prácu s internými hodinami, alebo časovanie kryštálom…). Preto je dôležité pri nahrávaní FW držať sa pokynov z návodu k programátora a aj v dokumentácii k FW. Môže sa totižto stať aj prípad, že sa konfiguračné bity premažú a z procesora sa stane mŕtvy šváb… (v určitých prípadoch sa mu dá pomôcť…). Preto z pohľadu profesionála je to triviálny zásah, a aj to tak vyzerá, ale je k tomu potrebná dávka znalostí. Problémové je ešte rozhodnutie, či vývody na programovanie urobiť trvalé (v tom prípade s patričnou dávkou opatrnosti ich umiestnenia tak, aby nebolo možné za bežnej prevádzky vysielača ich k niečomu pripojiť, zoskratovať a podobne), alebo či len jednorazovo ich prispájkovať alebo inak pripevniť a po prehratí FW znova odstrániť…

Samozrejme, zdanlivo najjednoduchšie je FW do mikrokontroléra nahrať ešte pred tým, ako je tento zaletovaný do dosky plošného spoja. Úmyselne som použil slovo , pretože naozaj jednoduché to je pri obvodoch s klasickými vývodmi. Ale v prípade SMD (Surface Mounting Device – Súčiastka pre Povrchovú Montáž) obvodov je to asi väčší problém, ako obvod „napáliť“, keď už je osadený. Je tu síce to nebezpečenstvo pri letovaní vývodov ku konektoru, ale netreba žiadne špesiálne SMD pätice.

nebo celá deska i s podsvětlením displeje bez nutnosti pájet za 40,– USD + postage 8 USD

Ve forech se často vyskytují odkazy na výše uvedené, ale nejsem si jistý, zda jít po minimální ceně a pořídit to nejtriviálnější zařízení, či jít do dražšího s tím, že to asi umí víc věcí, nebo ještě a mít to i s podsvětlením (na můj vkus se tím člověk zbavuje univerzálního programátoru).

Jaké jsou Vaše zkušenosti? Co byste doporučili pro T9X aby to vydrželo i do budoucna?

Vyhovovať by mal ľubovoľný podľa . Čo sa týka riešenia cez prítlačné kontakty, zabudovať do prenosného vysielača by som sa asi neodvážil kvôli možným nárazom a prípadnému poškodeniu…. Je to vhodné riešenie akurát pre jednorazové nahrávania kolegom

Už jsem někde na internetu zahlédl i variantu kdy si někdo ISP programátor pro USB umístil přímo do krabice T9X a vývod ven měl v podobě USB portu. Takže to pak může flashovat přes klasický USB kabel a nemusí šachovat s tím programátorem. To samozřejmě připadá v úvahu za předpokladu, že ten programátor nehodlá používat na jiné věci, ale ceny těch USB programátorů na eBay jsou tak nízké, že lze klidně i k této variantě přistoupit.

Rá bych se dotknul problematiky pájení do desky plošných spojů – tedy hlavně čím. Na forech se uvádí celá škála od nejjednodušších bez regulace např.

až po různé stanice za řádově tisíce korun. To je asi extrém. Důležité je, aby ten pájený spoj alespoň trochu vypadal, byl lesklý (tj. nesmí se pájka vlivem vysoké teploty rozložit na prvočinitele). To se při troše cviku dá možná zvládnout tím pájecím perem, ale člověku chybí cit a odhad, takže jsem si řekl, že by asi bylo dobré mít něco, co mi to trochu pohlídá a našel jsem na WEBu tenhle odkaz:

stojí jen 400,– vč.DPH a má to triakovou regulaci. Jelikož netuším jak to funguje, rád bych se zeptal, zda je to podobné principu regulace výkonu mikrovlnné trouby, která vlastně nemá tegulaci plynulou, ale pouze délkou pulzu ( ohřívá více) a vyhlazení špiček probíhá tepelnou setrvačností ohřívaného materiálu. Podobně u té regulace páječky to bude topení déle => vyšší teplota na hrotu. Těch 50W zajistí, že náběh bude rychlý. Domnívám se správně nebo je to jinak?

V podstatě je to tak.

Podobná pájecí stanice s označením byla v prodeji v Lidlu po celé ČR před pár dny 31. ledna 2011 a ještě ten den byla všude vyprodaná. Byla o stovku levnější za 299 Kč vč. DPH. Psalo se o tom v jednom tématu na RcManii viz odkaz.

2 minuty nebo 3 je pro mne v pohodě – s tím jsem tak nějak počítal – a než si všechno připravím, tak bude nahřátá. No žádná to určitě nebude, ale na to naše domácí pájení to bude lepší, než něco bez regulace. Bude to chtít si na něčem vyzkoušet tu teplotu a počítat s tím, že to je na opravdu malé věci jinak riskuji, že mi to utuhne na hrotu (pájený materiál mi hrot ochlazuje). Velké konektory se budou pájet trafopájkou.

Tak i já mám za sebou úspěšné nahrání ER9X.

Člověk se snaží sichrovat a tak nejdřív oťukává s nahráváním z Tx – pomocí eePe. Setkal jsem se s několika momenty, které jsem musel . Potvrdilo se to osvědčené „pro oči nevidí, pro uši neslyší, zvyk je železná košile…“. Vše je nějak porůznu popsáno v návodech, ale když do „toho“ člověk spadne, nevěří nikomu a ničemu a řídí se svými instinkty. A to může být zavádějící. Stojí to dost času.

Proto pokud se Vám stane, že koukáte na – v systému – funkční ASP programátor a přesto se při pokusu o nahrání z Tx tvrdošíjně zobrazuje následující :

… problém je, že máte zkopírovanu libusb0.dll do instalačního adresáře eePe (je tam po instalaci eePe) a je tam navíc. Smažte ten soubor a začne to fungovat.

Další perlička: Nedejte se zmást, když vám to bude hlásit chybnou délku souboru. To jste jen zkusili otevřít HEX soubor v eePe. Pro jeho nahrání do Tx to není nutné. Člověk je zvyklý nejdřív nahrát, a pak aplikovat. Samotný proces nahrávání *.HEX souboru do T9X v sobě již obsahuje dotaz na výběr HEX souboru a ten si na velikost neztěžuje. Prostě provede co má a hotovo, tj. smaže paměť, nahraje FLASHku, pak ověří správnost nahrání a je to. Prostě miřte rovnou .

Zdání klame: Po shlédnutí návodů by se člověk domníval, že SW eePe je univerzální nástroj a slouží pro zobrazení toho, co se stahne z Tx. Chyba! Již na stránkách autora je uvedeno, že je to pro ER9X, tj. pro to, co teprve musíte nahrát do Tx, a pak zpět to PC, abyste to mohli vidět a pracovat s tím. Kolik času mi zabralo dumání nad tím, kde se stala chyba, když jsem z originál T9X stahnul EEPROM, a pokaždé se to zobrazilo jinak. Kde se stala chyba? 3 různé PC jsem vystřídal, než mi to – díky VPERSHING. Prostě člověk pro oči nevidí. A „bylo to v tý brožuře“.

Udělejte si zálohu: Po konzultaci s em jsem zazálohoval T9X pomocí všeho, co jsem měl k dispozici, čistě pro strýčka příhodu. Návod na ER9X stránkách jak zkalibrovat mi přišel nejednoznačný, protože používám MODE1, a v té situaci si prostě za boha nevzpomenete, jak to sakra je u MODE2. Kdo to zažil, ví o čem mluvím. Tak jsem okusil první pozitivní zkušenost s ER9X, který Vám umožní zkalibrovat i pomocí volby menu. Jen se tam musíte proklikat. Zdařilo se. Vůbec to nepípá – je to balzám na uši.

Pak již následovala další pozitiva: připojil jsem ER9X k T8FG a zjistil, že se chová jako MODE4. Co to? Co to? Inu nic se neděje. V mixech máte možnost nastavit kterýkoli kanál ke kterémukoli ovladači – a to i několikrát vedle sebe. Reverzace kanálu? No prostě obrátíte zisk o 180 stupňů, tj. namísto +100 to bude –100.

Teď je ER9X připravena k záletu. Takže uvidíme. Nečekám žádné . Ten, co „spáchal“ ER9X, je fakt chytrej chlap.

pozn. teď chápu RiMra, když řekl, že pracovat s originál T9X je jako mít svázané obě ruce. Prostě, kdo překročí , pro toho již není cesta zpět. A proč se také vracet do horšího, že?
