Zaujímalo by ma, na koľko nebezpečný môže byť Open Source. Uznávam, že neodborný zásah do programu môže viesť k nevyspytateľnému správaniu zariadenia. V tomto prípade modelárskeho vysielača. Dosť sa Open Source pre Turnigy 9 prirovnáva k Open Source Linuxu. Mám tomu rozumieť tak, že aj Linux je nebezpečný?

Ahoj Atto. Dnes večer je Miroslav mimo. Nie že opitý, ale mimo dosahu počítača, takže ti odpovie asi až zajtra. Ja osobne som priateľom Open Source, ale uznávam, že asi nie každý do toho môže hocijako . Ale to platí o všetkom. Skús si dačo poštelovať v elektronike auta, alebo skús kadečo ponastavovať v Setupe počítača. A bude mŕtvy, pokiaľ to niekto znalý nenastaví správne.

Otázka je čo je neodborný zásah do FW. Väčšina bežných užívateľov si ani nemá veľkú šancu sama nový FW do vysielača dať. Ak tak, siahne po návode ako prispájkovať rozhranie programátora na dosku vysielača, zakúpi alebo vyrobí si programátor a vhodným programom preflashuje procesor. A aj z týchto ľudí je len minumum, čo si k tomu stiahne aj zdrojový kód, kompilátor a pokúsi sa to hoci len skompilovať. Ak sa mu to vôbec podarí bez chyby pri komplilácii, tak už možno povedať, že tomu začína rozumieť. A až vtedy možno povedať, že sa môže pokúsiť o úpravu zdrojového kódu. Nuž a keď si to niekto takto dokáže aj upraviť podľa vlastných potrieb, tak si to zrejme aj odskúša a zrejme dobrie vie, čo robí. Takže k tej hrozbe úpravy FW asi toľko…

Vladko, priznám sa, že tento uhol pohľadu mi ani neprišiel na um, ale je to presne tak. Stretávam sa s tým, keď niekomu vysvetľujem, ako skompilovať a následne nahrať (napáliť) binárny súbor do PIC mikrokontroléra, s ktorými robím. Akosi podvedome predpokladám, že najväčšie umenie je vlastný program, ale neskôr sa ukáže, že pre neznalého je to možno menší problém, ako ho správne skompilovať a potom aj správne nahrať do PIC-u.

Asi pred dvoma týždňami na rcmánii sa Pepin pokúšal dostať do úzkych Rimra tým, že žiadal na Turnigy 9X naprogramovať voláku extrémnu kombináciu mixov. Nie som síce žiadny expert, ale to čo Pepin od Rimra chcel, by mohlo súčasne ovládať raketoplán, atomovú ponorku a elektráreň v Kujbyševe. Skrátka mi to pripadalo, ako že sa Pepin snaží za každú cenu Rimra zahnať do kúta a donútiť ho kapitulovať s vyhlásením, že toto T9X nedokáže. Neveril som, že by Pepin mal o túto vysielačku seriózny záujem a teda som nadobudol dojem, že to celé je len účelová diskreditačná fantasmagória. Keď mu Rimr ukázal, že tie jeho nezmyselné požiadavky splniť dokáže, Pepin začína hrať mŕtveho chrobáka alebo váhavého strelca. Taktiež by ma zaujímalo, či by dokázal počas adrenalínového lietania bez zaváhania prepnúť tú správnu kombináciu prepínačov, aby aktivoval jeden z toho obrovského množstva letových režimov, ktoré pôvodne od Rimra požadoval.

Předem chci upozornit, že . Nicméně chci zde upozornit na určité nebezpečí spojené s úpravami zdrojového kódu, které nemusí být na první pohled zcela patrné.
Vše co je napsáno v příspěvku od před větou cituji:
dokáže udělat i člověk, který nezná nebo je v něm úplným začátečníkem. Podotýkám, že ve zmíněném programovacím jazyce je například firmware ER9X pro T9X napsán.
Jakmile se ovšem kdokoli má pustit do úprav pak musí velmi dobře vědět co dělá jak z hlediska obeznámenosti s již napsaným zdrojovým kódem tj. musí si to velmi dobře prostudovat, tak i z hlediska velmi dobré znalosti programovacího jazyka C.
Samozřejmostí by tedy měla být velmi dobrá znalost jazyka C a dřívější alespoň dvouletá zkušenost s psaním programů v tomto jazyce, který je poměrně velmi záludný pro začátečníky z hlediska nesyntaktických chyb, které vám překladač neohlásí, ale které mohou způsobovat neočekávané chování programu, přepisování části paměti apod. a v některých případech jsou i velmi špatně dohledatelné.
Věřte mi, že velmi dobře vím o čem mluvím, protože sám programuji již mnoho let v C/C++. Toto upozornění píšu zejména proto, aby se úpravám zdrojáků nepřistupovalo až příliš v rovině triviality. Pokud je někdo v jazyce C pouhý začátečník nebo jej nezná skoro vůbec a snažil by se realizovat úpravy aniž by si byl jist tím co přesně dělá s tím, že se při tom bude učit jazyk C třeba podle nějaké učebnice jazyka programování, pak upozorňuji na to, že může nadělat velmi záludné chyby, které se nemusí projevit ani při krátkodobých testech. Mohou se projevit až později v závislosti na určitém nastavení parametrů. Taková skrytá chyba potom může číhat uvnitř a jen za určitých okolností pak někdy způsobit přepsání třeba hodnoty proměnné určené k nastavení nějakého kanálu což by se mohlo velmi neblaze projevit za letu.
Proto znovu upozorňuji, . Jinak se můžeme dočkat velmi nepříjemných chyb a pokud by to mělo způsobit pády modelů a navíc by se takovéto úpravy rozšířily mezi více lidí, tak by to akorát nahrávalo odpůrcům open source pro tento účel i odpůrcům T9X jako takové.
Takže opravdu postupujte v tomto ohledu velmi, ale velmi obezřetně a opatrně a pokud si nejste jisti, raději se do vlastních úprav zdrojáků nepouštějte!!!

Prosím najde sa tu niekto z okolia Dubnice,Trenčina, ktory by nahral do vysielača Er9×. Skušali sme to s STK 500 cez seriovy port. Flash sme prehrali ,ale nejde prehrat Eeprom. Vysielacka je mrtva hlasi EEPROM ERROR. USB programatory su objednane ale boh vie ako rýchlo prídu. ISP konektor je pod stitkom TURNIGY rýchlo prístupný. Vopred dakujem.
